Amy and BroadusAmy and Broadus are both dedicated, knowledgeable and full-time Realtors and co-owners of Albertson Real Estate. Amy is the Broker In Charge and Broadus is the General Sales Manager. They are strongly dedicated to providing sellers and buyers the highest level of care and services while helping them efficiently reach their desired real estate outcome. Since receiving her real estate license in 2017, Amy has diligently pursued training, continuing education and staying up-to-date on community activities in order to best assist her clients. Broadus has extensive experience in sales, marketing and customer service (over 20+ years). He has also pursued training, continuing education and is an active member of the Rotary Club and Crime Stoppers of Oconee, which helps him stay abreast of community activities.

Karen Lusk

As a native of Oconee County, Karen Lusk has watched this county along with beautiful Lake Keowee develop over the years. Karen is a graduate of Central Wesleyan College, now known as Southern Wesleyan University, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Business Administration.

After graduation, Karen began her career with Oconee County.  She spent 17 years with the Assessor’s Office assisting customers with their questions and concerns about their taxes and the market values of their home.  She continued her career in the Finance Office for the next 9 years. Soon after retiring, Karen decided to join the Real Estate community where she can help people sell or find their perfect home.  Karen and her husband, Steve, currently live in Seneca. They have two daughters and a beautiful 8 month old granddaughter. 

Karen Lusk is the person you want to reach out to when you are ready to buy or sell your home. She will work hard to help you find your forever home here in the wonderful upstate of South Carolina. 

Kenneth “Kenny” Johns

A longtime resident of Walhalla, Kenny has witnessed the growth of this beautiful area in which we live, also known as “God’s country”, over his lifetime. Kenny graduated from the University of South Carolina-Spartanburg with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Public Management.

Kenny has served this community as a small business owner, licensed funeral director and postal worker. He has also served as Probate Judge, Mayor of Walhalla, Oconee County Council Member and currently serves as a Member of Walhalla City Council. After a lifelong desire to be a part of the business, Kenny decided to enter the world of real estate. Kenny and his wife Katie have five adult children between them and two grandsons.

Kenny knows the lay of the land he was raised on. He can help you sell your home and find your next dream home.

Melinda “Gail” Hardy

As a lifelong resident of Upstate South Carolina, I have a deep appreciation for the unique charm, thriving communities, and growth in our region. James "Jimmy" Powell

Jimmy is a lifelong resident of Westminster, SC. After graduating from Piedmont College with a BA in Business Administration, he worked in retail in Westminster for 42 years, owning the business for 27 of those years. After retiring, Jimmy wanted to continue serving the public and obtained his real estate license in 2018

Jimmy and his wife, Sandra, proudly claim their three nephews and two precious great nieces as their own. They attend West Oak Middle School sporting events cheering on their cheerleader and Westminster Recreation softball games cheering for their softball player.

Jimmy serves on the Westminster City Council and is the Mayor Pro Tem. He knows the area well and is excited about the growth. As a council member, he serves as the Westminster board member for Oconee Economic Alliance. Jimmy constantly works for positive changes in the area that benefit all citizens. Sandra Powell

Sandra Powell is a native of Oconee County, SC. After graduation from Westminster High, she attended Piedmont College in GA, obtaining a BA in teaching. She taught special needs students for thirty years in Georgia. Sandra obtained a Master’s Degree in Special Education from North Georgia College and a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Clemson University.

In 1992, Sandra married the love of her life Jimmy Powell and came home to Westminster. After retiring in 2004, she became the executive director of the Westminster Chamber of Commerce and served in that capacity until 2018. Currently, Sandra serves on the Westminster Planning Commission as Chairwoman. She has been a member of Westminster Rotary for twenty years serving in many roles. She is also a member of the Lazy Daisy Garden Club, Gateways Arts Center board and the Farm Center board. Growing up on a farm, gardening is a great passion.

Sandra obtained her real estate license in June of 2024. In her free time Sandra follows her adorable nieces Corben and Casen. Corben is a cheerleader for the West Oak Middle School Warriors and Casen plays softball and basketball for Westminster Recreation Department.
